IOS Updates?

Is it just me or are the Apple software updates very unstable? Like when I updated to IOS-6 the I had Wifi and internet issues, it wasn't only me, quite a few people I know have had these problems. So is this something to do with Apple's IOS bugs or is it something else?

It's most likly the IOS has some bugs.

Hmm, I thought so, I wonder why they don't perfect or make sure the bugs are fixed, before releasing their updates?
